Olga Molina

I’m Olga Molina, an illustrator from Barcelona in love with Mediterranean life. In 2014 I completed the postgraduate course in creative illustration at EINA, Barcelona. Two years later I was promoted by the WeTransfer platform, which helped me find clients from all over the world.

My Illustrations are not subject to the laws of perspective or proportion. I prefer to paint in a freer way, which for me is more fun. I show everyday scenarios with powerful colors but are elegant at the same time. My Mediterranean origins are very evident in my paintings, mostly watercolors, although I also work with acrylics or other techniques.

Of my commissioned work, I would highlight the poster for the Cerdanyola International Blues Festival, which was selected for the WORLD ILLUSTRATION AWARDS 2019 awards.

The plants I paint for the book: Achillea maritima , Gentiana pneumonanthe , Hydrocharis morsus-ranae , Sonchus crassifolius i Thelypteris palustris .
